Infant-Toddler

Four classrooms for children ages 6 weeks to 36 months, with children grouped by age. Teachers are trained in infant/toddler development and provide a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where infants and young toddlers can reach individual milestones and explore the world around them.

Children participate in fine and gross motor development activities, music, art, positive interactions with adults and peers, nutritious meals/feedings, healthy sleep and active routines, stroy time, and outdoor play. Children also begin and then master toilet training as appropriate.

The Transition Classroom provides an age-appropriate setting for children who are approaching or just over age 3, but are not ready to enter the preschool while moving from a classroom better suited for their younger peers.
